ODIN TV is strictly a media player software application. ODIN TV does not host, provide, broadcast, sell, index, or distribute any media content, television channels, stream links, or IPTV subscriptions.

Users are solely responsible for acquiring their own legitimate Xtream Codes or M3U playlist credentials from authorized content providers. ODIN TV assumes zero liability for any content loaded into the player by end-users.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

By installing or using ODIN TV, you agree that you will not:

• Use the software to stream content that infringes upon copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws in your jurisdiction.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with ODIN TV software security binaries or license verification endpoints.
• Use automated bots or crawlers to flood our telemetry or download infrastructure.

3. Software Licensing & Premium Features

ODIN TV is free to download and install. Optional Premium License keys unlock additional user interface features, themes, and device count allowances.

License keys are tied to the device count specified at the time of purchase. All digital software license purchases are final unless technical non-delivery occurs.

4. Limitation of Liability

ODIN TV is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall ODIN TV or its developers be held liable for stream interruptions, playlist failures, or third-party IPTV server downtime caused by external content providers.
