Does ODIN TV come with IPTV channels or content?+
No. ODIN TV is a player application only. It does not provide, host, or sell IPTV channels, movies, or series. You must have your own Xtream Codes IPTV subscription from a third-party provider to watch content.
Do I need to pay to use ODIN TV?+
No. The app is completely free to download and use. The paid plans only unlock extra app features like auto-play next episode and priority support. Your IPTV content access is controlled entirely by your own provider subscription.
How do I pay? Is it secure?+
Payments are handled directly via WhatsApp. Contact us and we'll guide you through the payment process. We support various local payment methods in Egypt.
Can I cancel my monthly plan?+
Absolutely. Monthly plans are non-recurring by default — you simply don't renew for the next month if you don't wish to continue.
Is my login information and credential details safe?+
Yes. ODIN TV stores your Xtream Codes server URL, username, and password securely on your local machine. We do not host, store, or transmit your credentials to our servers.
Which devices are supported by the app?+
Currently, ODIN TV is optimized specifically as a native desktop application for Windows 10 and 11. Support for macOS and other operating systems is planned for future updates.
How do device limits work?+
Depending on your plan, the app supports loading your user profile on up to 3 devices (Yearly) or 5 devices (Lifetime). Note that your IPTV provider must also support multiple active connections if you want to stream on those devices simultaneously.
What stream formats are supported by the player?+
The player handles all standard IPTV formats, including HLS (.m3u8), MPEG-TS (.ts), and standard MP4/MKV video streams, using our optimized Rust rendering engine.
